Passing along a great family reading night option.
We are excited to announce our upcoming Family Reading Night event, Read Together, Win Together which will focus on nonfiction reading and the fascinating science behind football and cheerleading. This engaging evening will be held on Wednesday, November 6th, from 6pm until 7:30pm. It is free and open to all elementary families in the New Berlin, Waverly, and Franklin communities.
The evening will feature:
- Hands-on STEM stations led by our talented high school student athletes
- Story time sessions with the “Voice of Pretzel Field,” Brian Bandy
- Football-themed yoga for families to enjoy together
- Football and Cheer Crafts to create
We believe this event will be a wonderful opportunity for families to explore the intersection of sports and science while fostering a love for reading. We encourage you to join us for an evening filled with learning and fun, stay for the whole evening or pop in for as long as your schedule permits. To get in the spirit, everyone is welcome to wear their favorite team jersey or colors(Packer fans will be charged a small inconvenience fee😉).
Please RSVP by October 21st to ensure we have enough materials for everyone. Scan the QR code on the flier, click the link below or email Kara Pecoraro at kpecoraro@pretzelpride.com to let us know you will be attending.
We look forward to seeing you there!
