How to Use the Digital Camera


*Remember to take off the lense cap before taking any pictures.

1. Power On/Off switch: Slide down to turn the camera on. Slide it down again to turn the camera off.
2. Zoom: Slide towards the W to zoom out. Slide towards the T to zoom in.
3. Disk Eject: Hold down the button that says push and slide the disk eject button left to eject the disk.
4. Play/Camera: Play is the view where you see the pictures you have taken. Camera is the view that
allows you to take the pictures.
5. Flash: Push the flash button to turn on the flash. When the yellow light on the flash button is on,
the flash is on. Push it again to turn it off.
6. Access: the light blinks when it is recording onto the disk
7. Bright: you can adjust the level of brightness
8. Picture Effect: several options: black and white, sepia, polarize, negative art
9. Program: we have not used these options
10. Display: turns your menu options on and off
LCD Blacklight: leave this on so you can see the pictures
When in camera mode:
Push main button to get to clock set, deep, disk tool (copy disks), file number, flash level, quality (also
determines how many pictures will fit on the disk), rec mode (normal, e-mail, bitmap, multi)

When in play mode:
Push main button to see the pictures you have taken—push arrows to advance or go to index to see all of
the pictures in an index manner

In standard mode the disk holds an average of 40 pictures
