• The book that I am reviewing is a good book by Richard Peck. The Book is called A Year Down Yonder. The book is about a little girl running away from her home because her mom, dad, and brother have acted different since one of her moms kids passed away like 10 years ago. The best part of the book is when she is trying to sneak out and go to her grandma’s house. The setting of the book is in a place called Dearborn, Chicago a very small town. The reason I like the book is it is an adventure book cause she is running away and people probably want to know how she ends up and where. My favorite character in this book is the grandmother because she is very funny outgoing and she knows how to treat her family.
