Whisper of Love

• This book is “Whisper of Love” is a good book to read if you like interesting book that keep you on edge and you never know what may come next. If liked that the book explained every little detail and that if could’ve actually happed in the early 1900’s. The book is about a girl named Maudie Bortrager and her Amish family. The family has a lot of work ahead of them as the story begins because of all the moving and changes they go through. There are many hardships in this book and many fun memorable times.
• My favorite character in this book was probably Maudie who eventually changes her name to Mattie. This book takes place in the wild wonderful prairie of western Kansas. My favorite part of the book was all the times Maudie went to help other families after their mother’s had a child because it was interesting to read how the families had different ways of life. I learned that back in the early 1900’s life was very hard.
