I am glad you liked the book but I don’t think you read it all the way. One he was traveling on a plane to his dads not his moms. Also he never travled on the plane to his dads with a family member. I belive that you should go and reread the book because if you do read it you will truly like it.

This is a very good book that will keep you on the edge of your seat the whole time and it will keep you in suspense. It is about a boy named Brian who is going to see his dad after his mom gets a divorce from him. When he was on the way to New York to see his father when the pilot of the plane has a heart attack and dies. Now Brian must save himself by flying the plane by his self. When he crashes he is all alone in the Canadian forest, and all he is armed with is the Hatchet his mother gave him.

I don’t agree with the facts that Hunter has given because he has the whole book backwards he is seeing his dad, and he does not travel with family. But he does give a good review.
