The Dead Game

• I recommend this book because it is full of surprises and you never know what is going to happen. I like that just when you think you’ve got the story figured out, it changes and you have to figure it out all over again. Two girls and a boy don’t like people so they make a list of people they don’t like and are supposed to embarrass them. The game gets out of hand when one of the girls kills someone and injures someone badly. The other people get embarrassed but don’t get hurt at all. The girl that goes overboard is caught by her friends and turned into the police after a big struggle for their survival. My favorite character is the guy because he plays a lot of sports and is always blaming his friend for the incidents and he ends up being right. The setting is usually at the school or in the park next to the school where they make the plans for The Dead Game. My favorite part of the book is when the two good people push the bad one into the water and she is pulled to shore and arrested by the police. I learned that even though someone may act like your best friend their thinking might not be in your best interests. I think that this book is good and everyone should read at least some of it.
