Information About the Alexander After School Program for the 2006/2007 School Year from Marty Wright
Information and sign up will be during Open House in my room.
Our program is primarily funded by Community School District #1 and
overseen by 4 Counties for Kids Inc., a non for profit agency.
Fees are $10.00 a week per student (these are waived for students on free
or reduced lunches.)
Our program will begin Mon. Sept. 11th.
The school district will provide transportation home at the end of program
at 5:30. Parents may pick up if they want to. Students must attend 3
evenings a week to stay in the program.
Our daily schedule will be the same as last year. 30 min for snack and free
time. 1 hour of homework help in groups of 10-12. (We will do our best to
get homework finished even though we stress it is the primary
responsibility of the students and families to see that homework is
completed.) We will end our day with a 45 min. activity time.
