Julius Caesar Newspaper Assignment

You will create a newspaper for the date of March 15, 44B.C. Your newspaper should cover at least one side of a page. There will be at least two articles:

1. An editorial on any event that happened in Act I. Remember an editorial is a commentary where you give your opinion about certain events. Even when you give opinions, you should back them up with facts.

2. A news report of the death of Julius Caesar. This should not contain opinions and it should be based on Shakespeare’s Julius Caesar.

You may also include the following in your paper:

· Pictures and graphics

· Headlines

· Name of the newspaper

· Weather report

· Anything that you might see on the front of a newspaper

You may use Microsoft Publisher or Print Shop to do your newspaper.
