Child Technology----Winter Activity

Objective: Students will learn the basics of Microsoft Word and be able to use this technology to type their paragraphs on their favorite winter activity.

Activities:

1. Have the students at the computers

2. Describe step by step procedures of using Microsoft as the students are following along on their computer

3. Give students a chance to start typing out their story as I walk around available for answering questions.

4. Students will finish editing their paragraphs and will print them out.

written copy of paragraph

1^st 30-minute period---- practice using Word

Assessment: By observing during the process and reading the printed out paragraphs, I will be able to see if students were able to use technology to publish their paragraphs.
